IKEA WEDDING 2023
Hello 2023, I’m back! It’s been a while since I updated my blog because I’ve been super busy over the holidays, with family gatherings, and parties and other Christmas related things. Anyway, happy new year to you all! Now that we’re in 2023, there are so many new things I want to talk to you about. I hope you all had an amazing holiday with your loved ones!
I went to Ikea about a few days ago to buy a cute little lamp for my living room. There’s an area in my living room that’s kinda dark, because there was no window, or any other light source. So I bought a cute little lamp for $12.99, and it’s perfect. While I was there, I noticed so many new items that I immediately thought, “That would be a nice addition to a wedding!” This is part 2 of the Ikea wedding stuff. So for today’s blog, I am going to list down some new items from Ikea that you can certainly use for your wedding, or any other event you might have planned for 2023.
Gladelig plate - it is priced at 6.99 for a pack of 4. Very affordable, this are dark blue little oval plates, I think this can be placed at each of your tables at the wedding reception. You can put candies, chocolate bars, or mints. They can also be placed at the candy bar, if you are having one. It’s a nice little plate to put all sorts of candies in. OR you can definitely use it for the cocktail hour, for finger foods.
Hedervard candle holder - it’s a cute, minimal candle holder priced at $3.99 each. It’s perfect for your tables, especially if your wedding venue allows for taper candles, if not, you can buy those battery operated candle that looks the same. This would be really ideal for outdoor weddings, maybe in your backyard. It’s very simple but makes your table setting really elegant.

Lindrande candle dish - this goes with the candle holder, priced at $4.99 each. You can use this dish to house your candles or maybe your flower centerpiece.

Smycka - it’s an artificial flower, off white Hydrangea priced at 7.99 per bunch. Ikea sells so many artificial plants and flowers, but this one caught my attention because it looks so regal. It’s a perfect addition to your wedding décor, whether you put it on the tables, or on the floor, sides, wherever you want, it’ll look natural.

Smycka - an aritficial plant, Enkianthus, green, priced at $9.99. This is also a wonderful choice if you want to add some plants or foliage and some greenery to your wedding décor.

Knalla Umbrella - these are just the cutest umbrellas priced at $8.99 reach. Comes in a polka dotted design, either in black or white. This is good for your bridesmaids, when you go to your photoshoot location. You know, right after the wedding when the whole wedding party goes to a certain area to take a whole bunch of pictures. If your wedding is in the summertime, this will come in handy for your wedding party.

Regolit - pendant lamp shade priced at $4.99 each, comes in white with black tear drop design pattern. This is great especially if you have a black and white themed wedding. You can hang these anywhere you want. Whether outdoor or indoors.

Ombonad - 11oz goblets, pack of 4 priced at $12.99 each. These are really cute goblets with a subtle shade of blue. The great thing about these goblets, is even if you buy a whole bunch for your wedding, you can definitely use it for your home as well, whenever you’re having guests over.
